Service and support above and beyond
When I first met Sam, I was anxious about the whole experience of purchasing real estate. Sam has a very pleasant demeanour which put my mind at ease, he answered all my questions no matter how long it took and that personal attention to detail made all the difference. People have family doctors, mechanics and accountants, well Sam is our family real estate agent and we will always go to him first for advice. I will happily recommend Sam to other family and friends for their real estate needs.

Outstanding Service and got us an Amazing Result!!
Thanks so much to Sam Holt and the team at One Stop Property Cairns. Sam went over and above to sell our home for us!! He did not pressure us to take the first offer we received which most agents do. He was patient and done multiple open homes for us until the house was sold. Sam actually managed to get us more than what we wanted for our property which blew us away. We will definitely use Sam and the team at One Stop Property again. Give Sam a go and he will not disappoint!!!

Patient and generous with his time
One Stop caught my wife’s attention when shopping for an agent because the customer reviews often mentioned how pleasant the Agency was to deal with (and, of course, because they got the job done). Sam Holt was patient and generous with his time, always good humoured and very reasonable. He needed all of these attributes to sell our home in a difficult phase of the market. We Couldn't Be More Happier
We couldn't be more happier with Sam. Sam has a great work ethic and nothing is too much trouble for him, Sam went above and beyond to provide information and communicate with previous owners and was always professional, respectful and genuine.He even came out on a Sunday to do the handover and show us another property. We highly recommend him to others either buying or selling. We were so impressed with Sam. We will definitely be using his services in the future.

Sam Was Always Available

Professional service with great selling tips

Less than 2 days after listing our property it was sold
Sam's knowledge of the market and his spot on marketing of our property enabled us to sign a contract of sale prior to our first open home, less than 2 days after listing our property it was sold. Sam gave us a realistic and fair appraisal of our property which led to this fast sale.

Can’t recommend him high enough
