Its obvious that Con has a passion for what he does, he was a pleasure to deal with. The last property that I purchased was vacant at the time when I looked at it. After I put an offer on the property and it was accepted, I asked Con to speak with the owner and ask if they were happy for us to advertise for a tenant during the settlement process. Con being the people person that he is managed to get it over the line with the owners. Before I took ownership of the property it was already rented out thanks to Con and the team at O'Neal's. I retreat when I am faced with a pushy agent but I find Rob to be an exception in his profession. Extremely accommodating and in areas where things are a little blur, he readily confesses to the fact but would endeavour to provide answers ASAP.
