I had the enviable task of selling my mums Tudor home in Mount Nasura and it was always going to be a challenge given my elderly mum had lived in the home for 26 years. Mark was one of three agents that we selected and then asked to provide an assessment of the property. Mark was ultimately selected for a number of reasons. We had heard good things about Mark in the local community. He was extremely well presented and also explained the benefits of having a personal assistant to help achieve the best outcome for us as the vendor. It was his appraisal that made me believe that he was offering the most realistic outcome for this challenging property. My instinct turned out to be spot on and Mark was everything that I had hoped for in a real estate agent. His communication was first class, and managed to get us multiple offers on mums property. The final offer turned out to be close to our expectation and given the difficult state of the WA property market, we now realize that the price achieved was actually very good. Our dealings with Mark Grogan were a pleasant surprise! We found Mark to be a top bloke throughout our entire selling experience, and beyond! But more importantly, he was a better sales agent! Of all the realestate agents we interviewed we found Mark was the only agent with a PLAN to achieve the best possible price for our house that the market could provide. Not only that, Mark had extensive knowledge of the sales process and took time to explain all of this to us from start to finish. This was something we found other agents didn't bother to explain or just simply glossed over. Mark provided updates to us throughout the sales process and skilfully negotiated a price and terms that we were extremely happy with. Mark followed the process all the way through to settlement and provided communication right way until up to handover. Con managed to sell our property in a saturated market and secured a short settlement which was great. We were also able to use a recommended settlement agent and they did a fabulous job too. We initially wanted to list our house at a higher price which he was agreeable to do but in the end, what he had advised us was the selling price obtained. Con is very knowledgeable and professional and knows his job well.

I am very sorry it has taken longer to reply than for you to sell house for best price. Selling the house through a person who knows the area I belive helped to get the best price at the time in the market.
