When I first viewed this house I knew it was going to be the one I would purchase. Meeting the agent Ashton for the first was also different to all then realtors I met on my house hunting journey. He came across professional, calm and a straight forward person. Which is something I prefer. Ashton was great to talk to and even though I know to him it's just the same small talk questions when he asked them I felt he was genuinely interested in my answers. By the time I finished my viewing of the property I told Him I would like to purchase this but I had to look at another first. He understood and said he'll keep me posted if someone puts an offer in first. From start to finish of the process Ashton was great to deal with. Very punctual, professional and genuine. He was incredibly pleasant to deal with and would have no issues recommending him to other people.
