Of all the 3 agents that I interviewed to sell my house, Ash was by far the most professional. His knowledge of the market, the procedure in achieving a sale was far superior to others. On a personal note, I found Ash to be supportive, non judgmental, encouraging knowing that I was a single first time female young seller. Both of us were very fortunate to work with Ash. He was very honest and recommended us a place based of our preference and budget. In addition, Ash has carefully picked out a home instead of just another place, which is a big difference especially for a first time home owners like us. During the process, Ash has assisted us in getting trustworthy parties, (e.g. finance broker and etc.) that made the whole journey less stressful. He was not too pushy during the sale and was consistently helpful even after everything was done. Would definitely recommend Ash for anyone serious who is looking into buying a property.
