Absolutely fantastic experience working with Mark and the team. Super responsive; an irregularity occurred with another house we were trying to buy, and we needed to compress the selling timeframe to suit that and Mark rearranged things and had the house sold in about 24 hours! Honestly, just save yourself the hassle and stress of selecting agents, and go with Mark and his team from the get go. Marketing was on budget, and generated enormous interest in the property well before the first home open. Communication was absolutely brilliant at every step of the process, and Mark has an entire team that stay in touch, and discuss every step of the process. We got FAR more then we expected, he was interested in the best price for us, not just a quick sale. Just use Mark.
