Total patience and professionalism.

It has not been easy to buy/sell real estate in the middle of a pandemic with state borders closed but Byrony has achieved it with patience and professionalism. From the time two university students turned up to inspect a $1.3m home till settlement everything has gone smoothly and with no fuss. My grandchildren now have somewhere safe to live in Brisbane while they attend UQ and, hopefully, the borders will open soon and I can get a look at my purchase. From Reviewing Property to the Sale Thereof, a Major Decision Indeed.

From my initial contact with Byrony, who had been recommended to me by mutual acquaintances, said agent immediately created an aura of professional, albeit not combined with any demands or take it, or leave it, attitudes. When reviewing and assessing the house, Byrony quietly rendered sagacious counsel and one quickly gleaned that the agent was most professional and thus, highly knowledgeable, in her field of real estate. At no point in time did Byrony ever exhibit any frustration or pushiness, as I, the owner, procrastinated or vacillated over decisions relating over whether to sell the property or renovate said premises. Byrony calmly went about her business and treated one like a friend. When the decision to sell was eventually made, the professionalism of Byrony was again to the fore and all processes for sale were competently enacted, always with full and detailed explanations. There was never any feeling of inadequacy or intolerable lack of understanding on my part precipitated by the agent. One never experienced any doubts about the competency of Byrony, not that of her most compliant and professional team members, all of whom were a delight to interact and communicate. Abundant information and copies of materials were constantly submitted to me, the vendor. It was akin to some one holding your hand during what can be an emotional and disturbing period, when one decides to sell a house, in which one has had many enjoyable experiences. Byrony fully understood that predicament and was most understanding and sympathetic. As stated in the classics, all's well that ends well and so this has come to pass. I would not hesitate to recommend Byrony and her team members to undertake any processes associated with real eastate.

Simply... the best

I had purchased my property through Byrony and through this process I knew there were no other agents for me to consider if I were to ever sell. Each step throughout the entire sales process was managed with the utmost professionalism. Each decision made was underpinned with an extensive knowledge of the area, market data, honesty and experience, experience, experience. Byrony was a pleasure to deal with even though I was not the easiest of clients. I provided Byrony with 21 days to sell my property during very difficult circumstances where the country had headed into lock-down due to COVID-19. Byrony found a suitable buyer within 5 days (prior to the property being released to the market). We were very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Byrony. 5 Star experience each and every time.

A pleasant journey with Byrony
