She got the sale, but I wasn't happy with the process
We chose Byrony because she had obtained a good sale for another family member. However for our sale, I found her experience and skills lacking.
Byrony originally quoted us under market value for a sale guide price. 1 week later after advising her we had contradicting guidance from another agent, she revised the guide pricing. But, in hindsight, the final strategy she suggested we go with was not right for the market and potentially resulted in us losing value in the final sale.
We had to change the price guide 3 times whilst the property was on the market (over a 2 month period). And I believe she priced us out of the market.
In the end, we sold the property, but it was well below what she suggested we could get for it.
It also felt like we had to always guide her in what to do next. So rather than it being us making an informed decision based on her experience and knowledge, we were having to guide her. I don't believe we saw the value for money from her.
I also don't believe she had a large enough potential buyer list for our property as we had several open homes with only 1 or two people attending.
I'd be hesitant to use her again.
