Well where do I start. My first experience of Byrony was several years ago when my son was doing some tentative house hunting and I tagged along. I found her to be incredibly professional and able to listen and show suitable properties without any sense of pressure or deception to push you into buying a property. Way back then it was clear Byrony was looking for the best outcome for both seller and buyer. More recently Byrony sold my son’s house and once again she excelled for both seller and buyer. My son really had no idea how to present his house and I had little time available to assist. Byrony went way beyond what any other agent has ever done to ensure the house was presented at its very best. It sold very well and beyond my son’s expectations with minimal stress on his part. It was a superb experience. So after that experience most recently I, of course, asked Byrony to sell my house. While my house was well presented once again Byrony provided excellent advice on how to give the house that extra edge. I followed her instructions and the outcome has once again been excellent with the house selling well above the independent valuation price.
