Loretta contacted us in early 2015 but we were not in a position to sell our property at that time but she kept in contact with us. When we did make the decision to sell, Loretta did an excellent job in preparing the property for sale. Listed in August the information placed on the website created a great deal of interest and the property sold in mid January. After having contacted several real estate agents regarding the sale of my property at Peregian Springs, I decided to appoint Loretta based on her initial professionalism, enthusiasm and obvious industry knowledge. No longer living in the area myself, I knew that the process of selling my home was going to be conducted via email and phone, and that this would require an agent with exceptional communication and organisational skills. Loretta definitely provided this and more- in fact we never met face-to-face, however this did not at all impact on the process due to the frequency of contact / efforts made by Loretta to communicate. I felt well guided, but still in control, of the process of selling. I felt as though Loretta managed the needs of tenants (renting the property at the time of selling), my needs and prospective buyers needs with professionalism and careful consideration. I was very pleased with the process and outcome of selling with Loretta and would highly recommend to anyone.

My wife and I engaged Loretta to market our home in Cooroy, Queensland. Upon meeting Loretta her beautiful smile and lit up eyes were very infectious. Loretta met with us for a few hours and in that short time she determined what type of people we were and in particular what our expectations were. The market at that time was not good for the vendor. The effort Loretta made was remarkable as she was at our place almost every day. We know that she made sacrifices to her own family for us and she never once told us but it was not hard to know by hearing her phone calls. Loretta would not entertain people known as tyre kickers but provided us with information of those people acting as such. Loretta to us appeared to have treated any proposed buyer with the same professional demeanor. That attitude provided us with a buyer who lived totally outside of our area. Success was gained only by the remarkable effort contributed by Loretta, we did nothing ourselves. CONCLUSION: Loretta has gained a couple of friends - not clients as we could never consider her as anything else. She has the ability to attract anybody to feel that way about her. She has a demeanor and loyalty second to none. She is of very neat appearance and above all has a class of honesty rarely found in any individuals. We have an opinion that should anyone require the services offered by Loretta, she is the one. We wish Loretta success in any ventures that she should consider.

met Loretta cos had an ad on gumtree and she made contact requesting the listing and am very pleased she did. Her approach both personally and professionally is rare. In my opinion the most important part of the process of selling real estate is an authentic relationship between agent, vendor and purchaser and my experience here affirms that belief. The appraisal, the listing and every customer contact were all handled expertly. A plethora of hits on R/E dot com reflected this approach, along with good attendance at the open homes. Being an on-line service, the cost and the effectiveness represent very good value-for-money and I highly recommend Loretta and on-line property sales team most wholeheartedly.
