We had our property for sale previously with other Hinterland agents who mostly tried to devalue our property so they could make a quick sale, even some saying that one wouldn't get anything extra for all the landscaping, which took years to do and at great expense. Loretta was excellent with communicating, very focussed and understanding. She was always on call and would never fail to keep her word or appointments and always on time. We appreciated that Loretta was intent on qualifying buyers to avoid all Pthe time and effort required for an inspection.
