From the ripe young age of 16, San has been involved in his family’s real estate business, and even at that age he knew that he wanted to help people through the process of buying and selling homes. “After many years in the real estate industry, I still get a thrill out of it. Like most things in business, it comes down to trust. People want to do business with someone they can rely on - buying or selling a home is a very big deal for most people so they need to be confident that you’ll deliver when you say you will.” After moving to Australia in 2014 San launched into his real-estate studies and continued feeding his passion for helping people through real-estate transactions. As well as being a qualified real-estate agent, San has successfully completed a Master degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of South Australia, which means that he is a great person to have in the team if you are thinking of developing or building. Buyer’s experience with San Arora

San Arora has been great at guiding me through the purchasing of my new property. I found San to be great deal with during our negotiations. He was obliging to our requests and we felt he was quite honest and trustworthy, which is unusual for a Real Estate agent nowadays. Keep up the great work San. I would highly recommend him for anyone else buying a new property.

Best in the Business... Always Available & an Answer to Every Question!

San has been amazing for us during the entire process. He had great knowledge, knew exactly who to target & how, good negotiation skills & most importantly a Personality which was relaxed & Calm. He knew what to say when & how to get the deal over the line. Great Communication Skills - Verbal Ofcourse but also via Email & from the Office. Regular updates were provided & a phone call was always answered! He had a Public open but also organized to meet prospective buyers at various private opens to enable Sale of the Property. One of the best things was that he always had Option B & C - If A did not work out (but it did!) We are looking to sell another investment property & have already started the work for that one with San. Highly Recommended with Confidence!

Real Gem with a nice heart

San helped us in selling our property as per our expectations. The communications was fantastic and he did things out of his comfort zone, therefore property didn't last in market for more than a week and sold after 1st inspection. He is full of knowledge and his work ethics are exceptional. We wish him a good luck with his career and life.
