I was selling my mother’s house in Orange, a deceased estate. Scott Quirk is the manager of Orange Real Estate and he and his staff were professional and friendly throughout this process. Initially, he accurately assessed the house’s position in the market and chose an advertising campaign that was appropriate. On the internet he introduced a 3D walk through of the house complemented by 30 photos. The house was displayed on a regular basis and the sale price was fair and one the vendor and purchaser can be pleased with. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency when you are in the market for selling or buying a house. 10/10.
