Brad knows the Orange market. Its clear his finger is on the pulse. He was insightful regarding the price to ask for, knew the target market that would be interested and eased our fears when we got nervous and thought we should drop the price. He never hesitated in doing extra walk throughs and always gave us plenty of notice. We wern't just another number - we were a family he took a genuine interest - and we couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRAD.

I have dealt with Orange Real Estate on two occasions. I have been severely disappointed on both occasions. Importantly, on the first occasion the agent misrepresented the property rental claiming/confirming in writing it was $420 when the actual rent was $380. I raised this issue with Scott, the principle, he showed no concern, made not comment and did not follow-up. The second occasion the agent made misrepresentations to my solicitor about a property I purchased. Additionally, the agent had clearly not even undertaken a cursory glance at the sale contract. His lack of understanding of the property almost lost the sale for the vendor. This is in addition to having a very difficult engagement about the sale process. I would not use the agency.
