We had worked previously with Brad when selling an investment house and we had no hesitation in contacting Brad again when we needed to sell my mothers house due to her continuing bad health. Brad is very knowledgeable about the local area, approachable and personable. He answered every question we had. Several open house were arranged and lots of viewings took place. Brad went above and beyond a Real Estate Agent when selling 33 Glasson Drive Orange NSW. We had to do all our negotiating and corresponding from the Gold Coast by either phone or email. It was never a problem for Brad to check and see if the grass needing mowing or anything needing doing before an 'open house'. We appreciated it very much.
