I have now bought and sold two houses with Brad. He has strong knowledge of the current market and has been spot on with his valuations on how much I would be able to sell my house for and where it fits in the market, with my house selling in the first week of it being on the market. He was always in contact giving me updates and was also helpful in providing advice on the market and housing trends for my up coming house I am about to build.
