we have used Scott Quirk several times now for real estate purchases. We have been very satisfied by the service from him. One thing that was a little unfortunate this time is the fact that we had 2 interested buyers for our large block of land but neither of these clients had finance that were approved for the purchase. Finally the third client was able to move forward with the purchase. It would be good to know if clients had pre aproval before we accepted an offer as this process has taken months.

We are simply Over The Moon with Brad's efforts in selling our home. He was always very confident with his selling guide based on what our home had to offer potential buyers and the end result proved him right. I think the sale of our house might have even broken a record for our area! Brad was always easy to talk to and his knowledge about the the area and the current marketplace was pretty spot on. The Sale from start to finish was smooth and uncomplicated and Brad always showed his Professionalism with his own splash of personality thrown in. Hardly a cardboard cutout salesman. Contacted Scott early in Decembers as we were about to sell our super fund property and decided to use his services after considering 2 firms that we were familiar with. Scott impressed us with his view of the market and the prospects he offered after inspecting the property which he assessed at a higher value than the other agent. An advertisement was prepared and appeared on the internet a week later, a home inspection on the following Saturday resulting in immediate interest by three parties and a very satisfactory sale result after guite some negotiation within 3 days on 14th December - conveniently well before Christmas. Contracts have since been exchanged and settlement expected 1st March. We were impressed with Scotts negotiation skills and his desire to meet with our expectations and requests also his professionalism, sound advice and efficient service. The sale price was at the upper limit of his suggestion at the beginning of our interview. We are very happy to have chosen Scott as our agent for the sale.

We bought a rental 7 years ago, and have had Orange Real Estate look after it for us, so also sold through Scott. Very professional, always returned calls, and kept you up to date. Being interstate, I had faith in his firm help co-ordinate paint and carpet colours. He and his staff went out of their way for me 👍
