Patient, flexible and reliable
Scott's team has been looking after my rental property for sometime and they have always been great. So it was an easier choice to go with Orange Real Estate when selling my property. The nature of my job means that I can be hard to contact at times so I was worried this would impact on getting an outcome quickly. Scott was very understanding, patient and flexible which made the process very easy for me. Scott's communication was reliable making sure I knew what was going on at all times. His knowledge of the market also made it easier for me to agree to a price range and have a high level of confidence that it would sell. He sold my property quickly and managed to get me a great price. I would definitely use Orange Real Estate again.

Sale of Property in Orange
Orange Real Estate has sold our home in Orange on the first day of an open house inspection. The property was on the market for three days with Brad and his team preparing for the sale weeks before. We are so happy with the service and the outcome of the sale. Brad kept us informed with all the information related to the house being prepared for sale, advertised and open day very proffesionly. Orange Real Estate have looked after our house as a rental and now sold our home. I would recommend ORE to anyone with a rental or if you are in the marked of purchasing or selling. They are a great organisation with friendly staff that actually take the time to care for people .

Brad Is a professional and extremely helpful.
Brad is a professional in his field and an amazing person to deal with. Despite losing his father during the sale of the house he never left anything to chance and did everything he could to get the house sold. Brad got a premium price for the house and we couldn’t be happier. His communication skills are impeccable and not once did we feel unsure of anything. Always amazing.
We bought our first family home from Brad, and found ourselves selling the same home 7 years later with Brad. Brad is a down to earth and realistic real estate agent which is often difficult to find. Brad can deliver all the bells and whistles while also being realistic in his approach to both buyers and sellers. We would recommend Brad if you were a first home seller selling a property, or if you had a million dollar investment property as well as everything in between. Brad will give you all his attention, work with you to find your market and help achieve your desired outcome. Can't recommend enough.
