Our family have dealt with the O'Rourke family for many years and most recently with Jarrad, whilst I was looking for an investment property. Jarrad was able to get me into two properties while being tenanted but he bent over backwards, which I really appreciated. I had a set budget and Jarrad suggested a fantastic opportunity, which I jumped on and he is proving a fantastic agent, once again. Jarrad assisted me to purchase an apartment in Scarborough. My financial circumstances were unusual/specialised and I also had an unexpected change in employment which caused finance approval to fall outside of the agreed dates. While representing the sellers best intentions at all times, he managed to problem solve to keep me in the running.
