As always we had a great experience with Jarrad. This is the first time we had sold our house with Jarrad. (We have bought from him before and always had a great experience). Whilst we didn’t quite get the price we were after we understand it was due to the current market conditions, and we got a great price for our new house in floreat so we were happy to meet in the middle with the buyers of our house. Overall, we were very happy with the quick sale of our house in Scarborough and would recommend Jarrad as always.
