Massive thanks to Jarrad and the team at O’Rourke Reality Scarborough . Jarrad’s knowledge of Real Estate in Western Australia and especially the Scarborough area is second to none. Myself and my partner were looking into purchasing our first investment property together, driving around the streets for hours visiting home opens day and night with 50 to 60 other people and getting nowhere. A 10min chat with Jarrad watching a weekend sporting game in what we were looking for & what we wanted to spend was that easy. Jarrad’s insight into Scarborough’s redevelopment suburb/s and streets was an eye opener that blew our minds.
