Richelle was always available to answer my questions , solve my difficulties or improve my understanding. She introduced me to all the team as they all work collaboratively. RIchelle displayed a great knowledge of the market to match my needs. She was thoroughly professional at all times. Our City Real Estate Pty Ltd has a great team of people who work hard and as a team. They are all aware of who you are and are friendly and interested in helping you. I always felt very welcome in the office. My personal technical knowledge is very limited and Richelle and the team were always able and willing to help me with iPhone or iPad tasks. I learnt lots! RIchelle took me to places that she thought would suit my needs. She guided me through them and pointed out both the high and the problematic points of the building. Further, she discussed options of what could be done to solve those problems. She was open to as many inspections as I needed to make decisions on which option I would choose, buy or not. There was no pressure from her about me making a decision, further she would give an honest opinion if ask . I was very happy and satisfied by the whole experience of buying a new home , I hadn’t moved homes I thirty years. Richelle eased any fears that I had and I gained useful knowledge along the way. I would recommend Richelle and the whole team at Our City to anyone who is buying or selling property. I am extremely happy with the outcome, a great new property and the swift sale of my old home. Lucy lives and works locally which means she has amazing knowledge of the local community and housing market. She is a natural communicator and is great with talking to people. Lucy is friendly and down-to-earth, whilst also maintaining her professionalism. She is approachable and easily contactable via all communication channels (in person, phone, email), and she provides regular updates throughout the process. Lucy is extremely efficient and quick to resolve any issues/ease any concerns in the process. We honsetly did not expect such a smooth, fast process with selling our property (and buying another - also thanks to Lucy!).
