We looked at over 40 houses in a 3 month period. Lan's a character-filled guy, but we particularly appreciated his interest in, not only selling houses for the vendors, but also finding the right place for us! Having viewed several places that he was showing, he worked hard to sell the properties, but he was also happy to give input about how things might work for our large family. The best thing about Lan has been the continued service after the point of initial interest. He's responded to every query (and there were a lot) promptly, he's gone over and above requirements, arranging for extra access so we could measure up the house, and he's been great with followup without being overbearing. He efficiently undertook all the necessary arrangements in a short time frame; one that fitted my timetable. The commission rate and cost of advertising were highly competitive. He professionally discussed his rationale for the pricing of my property but acquiesced to my thoughts on where it sat in the market.
