We were very happy with the outcome achieved by Lan and Will at OC Real Estate. Right from the first meeting Lan displayed a deep knowledge for the market and a level of enthusiasm to sell our house. Part way through the Covid-19 impacted sale we got a little distracted but Lan & Will confidently put us back on track. When listing our home for sale, we really appreciated Lan and Will's frank and honest approach. Due to COVID, inspections were booked with the prospective buyers and plenty of notice was given to us to ensure the house was inspection-ready. Lan was so easy to deal with, he was on time at the property, he had thorough knowledge of the property, he took some measurements while I inspected the home. We made an offer at this visit, Lan got back to me the same day and then the whole process was extremely smooth - from offer to exchange in 7 working days.
