I purchased my property pre market, through Will at Our City Real Estate. I was in contact with them following up on another property that had sold but was informed of a property that was coming up. They worked with me the whole way through including assisting with any inquiries I had and gave me a very honest overview of the house. I made the decision to make an offer and it was soon accepted. Will went way out of his way to assist me in the purchase in any way he could (including assisting with missing appliances) I cant recommend Our City Real Estate enough.

I asked Lan to ring 2 minutes after open houses as I am inpatient for new.s Lan and Will rang within that 2-5 minutes every time. What they say is what they do. We had meetings regularly and at one stage, Lan set a meeting and was scared we were going elsewhere, but we assured him we have dealt with many Real Estate agents over the years, and never once would we consider in changing Agents that is how confident we were in his capability and honesty. That type of honesty is not always seen in business dealings these days. But that is what you will get with both Men.
