We had an excellent experience with Mark Bressington and his assistance Michael Balawejder. Mark came recommended from my business partner and I had seen his name around the place a bit. I liked him as soon as I met him because he was down to earth, professional and was true to his "down the line" reputation. I found his pre-sale advice to be clear and simple. We had stayed in touch for a couple of years prior to the sale and when we came to selling, we gave him a go. It was the right decision. We had a very difficult time frame to achieve a result as we'd purchased our new home at auction (unconditional) with a 45 day settlement. Mark nailed it. Not only did Mark get a contract and settlement date that meant we met our contractual needs, he also achieved a price higher than was advertised on-line, and higher than what wed expected - we were blown away. We found his assistant (Michael) also to be excellent. He was very good at keeping us informed and equally very professional. As a team they were brilliant and complimented each other so well. Without question, we will use Mark again in future, and will have no hesitation recommending him to all of our friends and family when they're looking for an agent.

My wife and I were delighted with Joanna’s passion, effort and understanding of multiple markets around Adelaide. She was always eager to provide additional information, advice (From buying another property) and other perspectives of potential buyers. Her welcoming approach and attention to detail is exceptional and a credit to her. All of which made our experience and extremely quick sale of our property an enjoyable experience. Truly an exceptional agent.

We found Mike and Mark very knowlageable on the sale of properties. Very understanding and by working together we had a great outcome. We got our reserved price which we are very pleased. They worked tirelessly to get that price. We would recomand them to people we know who wish to sell a property. Thank you Mike and Mark

Mark Bressington provided a faultless service in selling our mother's home. His early advice proved both useful and accurate and Mark's strong negotiating skills resulted in a quick sale at an excellent price with great settlement conditions. Mark maintained open and regular communications and readily worked with the family to achieve our required outcomes, making the entire process relatively stress free in what was an emotional time for us. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Mark.

We have been very happy with Mark in all respects. He was helpful and informative from the start. He has exceptional local knowledge and kept us up-to-date all the time. Any enquiry by us was answered immediately by Mark or his assistant (who is also excellent) and overall he ensured that the whole process was as easy as possible. We also were impressed by the 100% integrity shown by Mark. He is a pleasure to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

Mark certainly gets the job done in an efficient and professional manner and in my case extremely quickly, he produced two offers in less than a week! I was happy with the final contract price and thank him and his team for a job well done.
