Dealing with Gianna has been like a breath of fresh air. Selling two units simultaneously we imagined would be a nightmare but instead it was one of the most seamless processes we have encountered. From the first time we met Gianna her easy going personality immediately endeared us to her and from thereon in her professionalism as a real estate agent took over. Her keen eye for detail and her succinct advise as how best to present each of the units was flawless. Her personal touches and involvement in dressing up both units with her own home wares was over and beyond the norm. The first unit sold after the first open inspection selling for more than we expected, followed 3 x opens later with the second unit. The price of which was enhanced by Gianna's salesmanship We could not have been happier with the outcomes and the advise Gianna gave us on all things necessary to finish off the sale for both units. I do not have to recommend Gianna as the above speaks for itself.
