Gianna was a breath of fresh of air - a friendly and approachable agent, much different from many of the other slick salesmen. Many people had warned me that Agents always look after the seller first, and often don't consider the buyer. This wasn't the case with Gianna. As a female first home buyer, I had lots of questions and was a bit unsure, and Gianna made me feel comfortable by answering all my questions and helping me through the purchasing process.
