Matt certainly knows the property market in which he operates and can give good advice on price expectations. In selling our property he kept us fully informed at every stage. This allowed us to discuss options and possibilities in the sale process. The property was listed for auction but due to Matt's knowledge and contacts the property was sold prior to auction at a price that was above our expectations.
