We met Loren by accident whilst doing a renovation and never had the intesion to sell, but because of the impression loren left when we decided to sell we contacted him. Because we had a unique house and are very private, loren went above and beyond to respect this and also sold our house for a record amount for the area. We can highly reccomend using Loren if you were looking at selling.

Yas was very easy to work with. She gave great advice and help us achieve a good result. In all my dealings with her she has been very trustworthy and reliable, both when I originally purchased the property and now during its the sale. I can thoroughly recommend her to other purchasers or sellers.

We had a great experience dealing with Helena. After having a few bad experiences with other agents we were pleasantly surprised to find an agent who was working for the vendor but also supported us in trying to secure a property. Her quick communication allowed us to inspect and secure a property in the same day and since then she has maintained quick communication and has been friendly to deal with. She also provided great local area knowledge.

Loren was outstanding during the sale of our and purchase of another property. He kept us advised of all negotiations as they happened and treated us as very good friends rather than clients. He was very attentive and understood our concerns and needs for the new property. If possible we would give him 100 stars for service. we would (and have) highly recommended Loren to anybody selling or purchasing a property.

Yaz' market knowledge is absolutely spot on. She has sold 2 of our homes and we have also bought through her. Everything she's advised us on regarding market prices, marketing and everything real estate has been spot on. Her communication is wonderful. She makes sure we understand what she's advised us and provides clear steps in the buying and selling process.
