We were upfront with our expectations, and although those expectations were probably higher than other vendors, she was up for the challenge. Throughout the process Helena kept us updated with thorough and detailed information, remaining positive, upbeat, open and honest at all times. She kept all her appointments, was always on time, and diligently answered the phone whenever we needed to contact her. We got the outcome we wanted, with Helena selling our house for asking price in a waning market, and in a faster turnaround time than we originally anticipated.
