I bought my house from Yaz 11 years ago and she has just sold it for me. Yaz is knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. She knows the area and also how to work and communicate with both the seller and the buyer. I would recommend you deal with her if wanting to buy or sell a house. The bottle of Mumm champagne when the sold sign went up was a nice surprise too. 😊

We met Loren by accident whilst doing a renovation and never had the intesion to sell,but because of the impression loren left when we decided to sell we contacted him. Because we had a unique house and are very private, loren went above and beyond to respect this and also sold our house for a record amount for the area.
