I would very much like to take this opportunity to thank Helena Daniels and the team at Oz Combined Realty on helping us purchase our family home. Helena was amazing, she was attentive and always took the time to explain the process. She went out of her way to make sure that the buying process was a pleasant experience and for this, Jacob and I are extremely grateful. We would highly recommend Helena and the entire team at Oz and if we sell we will definitely choose Helena. Thank you so much for making our dream come true.

Helena was lovely to deal with. She helped us find our dream location even though we were quite unfamiliar with the area. She was not at all pushy and was always very prompt and professional. Helena made our purchasing experience very relaxed and trouble free. I would definitely recommend.

Helena was so professional from the first contact. She obviously knows the housing market as well as marketing, house styling and more! Our photos looked great because of her, and we sold so quickly! No pushy salesmanship, just honest communication anytime you need her.

If you want an agent who KNOWS their local market then Loren is the agent for you. We bought our first place with Loren 5 years ago and sold the same place this November. Understanding the market, supply and demand is crucial. Loren provided an honest valuation rather than one that was overinflated. In contact the entire time , making the sale so easy. Thanks Loren, we'll be using your services, knowledge and expertise again!!

Dealing with Helena Daniels (Oz realty) was too easy, Helena provided us with detailed up dates during the sale process and kept us up dated with all open house feed back from prospective buyers. Her advice and knowledge during this sale process proved to be extremely positive as the property was sold in a timely manner, and at the price we wanted.

My first of two houses sold by the dynamic Ben C. Excellent market awareness with intelligent advice, optimism with a follow through attitude won me over in a short time. My questions may have been ordinary but Ben provided the courtesy of treating them with care and deep, precise explanations. Ben has keen knowledge of the Jervis Bay area, keeping a critical eye on market trends - just awesome. I really wish I had more houses he could sell just for the great experience.
