We spoke to a number of agents before meeting with Ben. Most of them were pretty good, but Ben came to our meeting fully prepared with information about local sales trends, market and area analysis and a very realistic approach to what our home would likely sell for. In that respect, he was totally accurate and even correctly predicted the type of person who would buy the house! All aspects of the sale and promotion of our home were clearly laid out and we felt all our questions were answered, and many questions that had not occurred to us were also dealt with. Ben kept in touch with us throughout the process and was easily reached whenever we needed to contact him. The house was sold after the first Open House showing, for a very agreeable amount and Ben continued to make himself fully available to us throughout the final processes. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone selling or purchasing a home, as we really believe anyone dealing with Ben would receive fair, honest and open help in what, I'm sure, is often a stressful and sometimes fraught undertaking.
