Yaz made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. Her knowledge of the location and the local area was second to none. Yaz supported us through the whole process accomodating every question and query we had along the way going above and beyond to assist us. Yaz is such a great agent with great integrity which is hard to find, and we felt very looked after through the whole process of purchasing our home through her.

Loren has a wealth of industry knowledge and both my wife and I found him very easy to talk to and get meaningful answers to our questions. He led us through the real estate process and no question was too hard for him to answer. He was always contactable and friendly and he would always keep us in the loop after each opening our visit by potential buyers. We would recommend Loren to any potential buyer or seller. In summary, we were very happy with Loren and the Oz team.

Helena has sold two dwellings for me recently. Both were sold rather quickly especially considering the circumstances of this year. One was even sold above asking price. Helena is motivated, determined and resourceful when it comes to selling houses. This is reflective in the results that she produces. I would recommend her to anyone serious about selling their house. She delivers on what she says. Very rare in this industry.

Ben knew what he was talking about and kept me up to date with the whole process. He was able to befriend both sides of the sale and keep us both happy and in the loop with each other. I was able to sell my house within two days as he recommended my home to the right people. He was honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Very happy with it all.
