Helena went above and beyond for us to get a fantastic sale for our hous in 2015. Helen was great to interact with and so supportive. Helena understood what we wanted to achieve and made it happen for us. The auction campaign that Helena put together was fabulous, professional and extremely effective and aesthetically fantastic. The effor that she had gone to on the day could not be faulted, since the auction I have recommended Helena to a family member and she got a great result as well. I met Helena at the open house in the morning and again later the same day at the 2nd inspection I asked for, albeit at short notice. I then made an offer and Helena negotiated to a happy conclusion for myself & the vendors that same afternoon. As I'm new to the South Coast, I've needed to also ask many questions about the local area I was buying in. Helena was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering my many questions. Helena has also helped by contacting the vendors a couple of times for things I've needed to know while I arrange certain items before moving in.
