My dealings with Helena have been very pleasant and professional albeit not extensive. We purchased a property at auction recently where Helena was the vendor's agent. They spoke very highly of Helena's ability and humanness in the cut throat realestate business and we've found nothing to dispute her good reputation.

Yasmin was forthright and respectful with her opinions and her considerable expertise and local knowledge.. Her reading of the local market and her immediate, concise and prompt communication of all offers were of the highest order. Yasmin's personable and professional manner, accompanied with her realistic assessment of both the property market and the client's needs made for a successful partnership. I would have no hesitation recommending Yasmin and the OZ Realty Team to prospective buyers and sellers. Mark and Maryann.

Helena's professional integrity and honest approach as a real estate agent is second to none. We purchased our home at Jervis Bay through Helena from Townsville, through Helena's efforts our interstate purchase was smooth and well managed. Helena is warm, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. As a buyer, I highly recommend Helena as an agent.

I would recommend Helena Daniels highly, based on her professionalism, honesty, reliability and dedication to her role in the recent sale of my property at Sanctuary Point. She was there to help me when I needed assistance or clarification on all matters relating to the property sale. I found Helena to be a person with integrity and in a personal level a very sincere and thoroughly nice person. I wish her well in all her future endeavours. Sincerely, Phillip Swynny BA (Hons), Dip For Technology, consultant professional Food Scientist.

Yasmin was the perfect person to sell my home. She understood it was a terribly difficult time for me and the extra effort that she went to above and beyond at every point was just so appreciated. Although she knew the emotional turmoil I and my family were going through she remained professional, courteous, respectful - all qualities that made us more at ease. The extra hours and time dedicated to ensuring the smooth sale of my house and the purchase of another property was outstanding. I would fully recommend Yasmin to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property, if I ever need real estate services again Yasmin will be my first point of call.

Helena sold us this property initially and without hesitation we asked her to appraise the house for resale. We agreed on a price and open day. The house sold after first open house for full asking price. Could not have asked for any better than that. Thanks Maxine and Glen

Having both bought and sold with Yaz in recent weeks I was particularly pleased with the professional focus Yaz maintained, and the friendly rapport we built up. Selling my house involved interstate joint owners, and the difficulties and delays this inevitably caused, Yaz handled with grace and a smile. She worked extremely hard, always kept me informed, and got the results hoped for. I would certainly recommend Oz Realty to anyone and especially Yaz.

Helena went above and beyond for us to get a fantastic sale for our hous in 2015. Helen was great to interact with and so supportive. Helena understood what we wanted to achieve and made it happen for us. The auction campaign that Helena put together was fabulous, professional and extremely effective and aesthetically fantastic. The effor that she had gone to on the day could not be faulted, since the auction I have recommended Helena to a family member and she got a great result as well. All round Helena is a excellent agent and I will continue to recommend her.
