Helena at Oz Combined was very helpful
I met Helena at the open house in the morning and again later the same day at the 2nd inspection I asked for, albeit at short notice. I then made an offer and Helena negotiated to a happy conclusion for myself & the vendors that same afternoon. As I'm new to the South Coast, I've needed to also ask many questions about the local area I was buying in. Helena was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering my many questions. Helena has also helped by contacting the vendors a couple of times for things I've needed to know while I arrange certain items before moving in. The purchase process has gone smoothly so far & I look forward to moving in very soon. Thanks Helena.

Honest, hardworking and Persistent

Helena has successfully negotiated a very fair price when selling a vacant block of land on my behalf. I have been particularly impressed by her regular communication through phone calls and in writing. She has a style which is not pushy but has an air of authority and leads to good outcomes.
