I would love to thank Leanne for being so supportive through my very first home buying process. She was so helpful and always responded in a super quick, timely manner when wanting to inspect the property, when needing any information regarding the properly or the contract. Her team were also very helpful when I needed questions answered. Toward the end of the buying process which took some time due to contract issues and Family Home Guarantee requirements Leanne was very supportive and touched based regularly to make sure I was ok and the process was going along as planned. Leanne was always pleasant to deal with and ultimately we achieved the desired outcome. From my perspective, opportunities to improve include proactive communication (even if there is no new news to share) as at times it felt like I had to follow up Leanne to get a status update. I also found it strange that we never heard from Leanne again after the contracts were finalised. To put this into perspective, we were also selling a house in Western Australia at the same time and the quality of communication and follow up by our WA sales agent throughout the process including post settlement was world's apart from what we experienced with your company.

As we had to trade-off the price we received for the house against the purchase of a retirement unit within a short time you can imagine the stress we were experiencing. Leanne managed the whole process superbly; she helped us maintain an optimistic outlook, but was very realistic about how the process was going. We were re-assured by her initial outlook and ecstatic when the result was far better than we had imagined. This reflected her knowledge of the market, her abilities as a negotiator and her trademark of being absolutely straight-arrow in dealing with the other parties involved. it was always going to be a long process and without a doubt, a bit of a headache for Leanne as we are business owners and that can make things 10 x more difficult. right from the start, Leanne worked with Shane & I to be able to put in an offer and work with us during the process of inspections and the bank trials and covid but after a long delay and many hiccups, we are at the end of the tunnel and seeing the light to being able to get the keys to our new home.
