She works with integrity and values that are becoming all too rare. Mandy's marketing of our property could not be faulted as she introduced various innovative methods in selling our house. From the initial outcome in contracting Mandy (Pam Court Realty), she never attempted to persuade us to reduce the asking price and only offered helpful, positive advice. When at times there was little interest in our property and we became disenchanted, Mandy would encourage us to remain positive. We would have no hesitation to recommend Mandy to anyone wanting an Agent to market their property to sell.

Pam was excellent in helping us secure our home on the Sunshine Coast. She was extremely helpful and friendly, but at all times extremely professional in her dealing with us. Her determination and tenacious negotiating skills enable us to purchase our new home at a price that was within our budget, but at the same time keeping the seller happy too. I would recommend anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home to work through Pam.

We were wanting a local agent for our property in Mountain Creek. We shopped around for our agent and we found that Pam Court Realty and Mandy Watson were by far the best agents in the area based on knowledge and sales history. We had a situation where our property was tenanted and we were having problems with the tenants allowing inspections. Mandy kept us in the loop with how the relationship with the tenants were increasingly improving due to persistence and thoroughness to get the ideal outcome for us as the seller. We decided to move back into the property to ensure that we were able to present the property up to our high standards and Mandy was then able to sell the property within 5 weeks.
