I have used Pam Court Realty as both a rental agent and a selling agent for the same property in Buderim. As a rental agent the group managed the property well, managing the relationship in a professional and friendly manner. We chose this company based on that rental experience. They offered an excellent selling campaign with good marketing and competitive fees. I was kept informed as to the progress of the campaign with possible likely buyers flagged. As the property was rented during the selling process, Pam had to manage the Open for Inspection with the occupier and she did this very well. On completion of the sale I was promptly informed that the sale had gone through without problems. I would highly recommend Pam Court Realty to either manage your property or as an agent for sale.
