Jan is completely up to date in his market knowledge, very accurate in assessing what the value of my property was. He was helpful and professional, able to tell me what I needed in terms of certificates etc. He had a number of legitimate buyers interested in my type of property and worked at getting it viewed. It sold in only 12 days from going on line. He is lovely to work with and gives his all.

We purchased a property in Palm Cove through Sean, though live on the Gold Coast. My experience is Agents can be difficult to reach or drop their service once the contract is signed. Sean remained in contact throughout the whole settlement process and was happy to assist with additional requests such as introductions to local trades and property managers. I highly recommend Sean and would definitely buy or sell through him in future.

Jan is a genuine real estate agent - which is not a word usually used to describe any individual selling something, especially real estate agents. He was so thorough in his research of the location and my individual property. He was realistic, yet worked hard to achieve higher than the desired amount. Jan was always easy to get a hold of, and returned messages and calls promptly. We never questioned his expertise. What made Jan stand out in comparison to other real estate agents within the beaches area was his after hours commitment to meet, his prompt research, his property estimation and his kind, trusting easy going nature.
