I was a completely clueless first home buyer asking what was probably a million ridiculous questions, majority of which, I'm sure were common knowledge for most people. Jan answered every single one, even going so far to tell me each time they were good questions, with nary an eye roll or a condescending tone. Patience of a saint. At the very first property inspection he pretty much wrote out a whole guide with what I needed to do from making an offer to finding a conveyancer. Jan is personable, exceptional at his job and perhaps most importantly, seems to be just a genuinely good guy.
