We had such a great experience with Jan while buying our property in Palm Cove. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and always kept us in the loop with quick updates. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to do a video tour for us, which made everything so much easier since we couldn’t be there in person. Jan made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through it all. Highly recommend Jan to anyone looking to buy – he’s an absolute gem!

We commissioned Jan from the Paradise Property Group for the sale of our home, from the very start to the end sale of our home we found Jan honest, helpful and went out of his way to ensure our journey was as smooth as possible. We cannot recommend Jan enough and will be contacting him for further real estate needs.

An excellent real estate agent to work with, who has an extremely good knowledge on the market in question. Jan has been very kind and extremely helpful throughout our purchase journey, and he has also worked hard to accommodate almost all our requests given the complexity of the deal on our side. Thank you Jan for helping us make this happen. I’d love to do business with you again if at all I invest in cairns.

Jan is a motivated, dynamic and knowledgeable sales agent. He listened to our wants and needs, designed a marketing campaign to suit and achieved his (and our) goal plus more. We found Jan to be professional but also approachable. He also gave us honest and realistic advice when it came to preparing our home for sale, saving us unnessary expenditure. His communication is excellent, keeping us up to date at every step. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jan as a sales agent and would most definitely use his services again in the future.

Jan is completely up to date in his market knowledge, very accurate in assessing what the value of my property was. He was helpful and professional, able to tell me what I needed in terms of certificates etc. He had a number of legitimate buyers interested in my type of property and worked at getting it viewed. It sold in only 12 days from going on line. He is lovely to work with and gives his all.

We purchased a property in Palm Cove through Sean, though live on the Gold Coast. My experience is Agents can be difficult to reach or drop their service once the contract is signed. Sean remained in contact throughout the whole settlement process and was happy to assist with additional requests such as introductions to local trades and property managers. I highly recommend Sean and would definitely buy or sell through him in future.
