We purchased a property in Palm Cove through Sean, though live on the Gold Coast. My experience is Agents can be difficult to reach or drop their service once the contract is signed. Sean remained in contact throughout the whole settlement process and was happy to assist with additional requests such as introductions to local trades and property managers. Jan is a genuine real estate agent - which is not a word usually used to describe any individual selling something, especially real estate agents. He was so thorough in his research of the location and my individual property. He was realistic, yet worked hard to achieve higher than the desired amount. Jan was always easy to get a hold of, and returned messages and calls promptly. We never questioned his expertise.
