Mel couldn't have been more helpful. She was knowledgeable about the property and able to answer most of my questions (rare I found after inspecting many properties) and if she didn't know was prompt with finding the information. She was a responsive communicator and was able to make it easy to see the property under Covid conditions. She hit the perfect balance of available but not pushy. And gave valued advice about the whole process of buying which was great for me as a rookie buyer. Can't recommend Mel enough. So glad to have bought through her.
