Michael had been beyond amazing with advice and Knowledge through out my sale process. Michael and his team had been the best local rental agents for the property whilst I had tenants for 7 years then as I needed to sell, we’re amazing with the entire process. Attributes are great knowledge of the local market, honest and very liable, and gave amazing advice ahead of my sale. 10/10 service as always from Michael, Melissa and the team!

I couldn't be happy with the service of Rebecca and the Park Properties team; due to the uncertain times we were prepared for a lengthy and stressful sale period, and Rebecca was able to facilitate an early sale at a price well above expected. The detailed updates also skept us reassured through the processed, thanks Rebecca!

Rebecca was incredibly helpful through the entire process. From the first phone call, she organised times for private inspections across a range of budgets/options, very responsive and provided accurate feedback through negotiations, then went above and beyond in turning around addition documentation required by banks/solicitors through the exchange process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her for her efficiency, honesty and great local knowledge.

Mel is an amazing agent, dedicated to both vendor and buyers alike. She made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision to sell and was able to give me an accurate assessment of what the sale process would look like and what sale price I should expect. She kept me informed the whole way through with weekly calls and emails with updates from the open homes. I would highly recommend Mel to all my friends and family for their next sale. Thanks Mel for all your help.

We have been dealing with Melissah and the team at Park Properties for almost 16 years. They managed our investment property for 15 years and assisted in its recent renovation and sale. Melissah offered stellar advice throughout and always responded patiently and quickly to any queries we had. The team at PP managed the whole process for us, with fantastic results. We sold our property within 48 hours of it going on to the market, at a price that we were thrilled with. Thank you!!

Melissah was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made a very quick (and potentially stressful) process an absolute breeze. Phenomenal communicator with an adept knowledge of the area, Melissah was able to answer all my questions and more and had me at ease throughout the whole process. I’ve been looking for a property for about six months and have dealt with a huge number of agents. Melissah stood out about the pack with her honesty, proactive nature and her eagerness to get a good outcome for vendor and purchaser. I couldn’t recommend Melissah highly enough!

It was our dream house to buy a property in Erskineville and we asked Melissah to help us to find one within our budget. We never felt rushed, because Melissah wanted to find the right property that suited what we wanted and needed. In the end we found the perfect home thanks to Melissah’s knowledge, patience and persistence. We’re very grateful for all the help she provided to us during the process and it was a real pleasure to work with her.

Melissah is thorough, a fantastic communicator and was always available for me when needed. Through all the difficulties with my broker, conveyancer and the vendor’s bank, she was the one who would reach out to update me and assist. Five gold stars!
