I live in Queensland and have been dealing with Melissah and Park Properties with a rental property I owned since 2004 in Sydney. Within that time the property has been constantly monitored and kept up to date with the highest degree of professionalism in all aspects of a rental property. Time to sell. Putting the property on the market with Melissah and Park Properties has been quite amazing especially given the distance. Without any issues and within two weeks the property was sold prior to auction. Bec was the sales agent we dealt with for the property we purchased. She had great communication all throughout the negotiating and settlement process. The vendor wanted us to sign a 66w but Bec was able to convince them otherwise, this worked well for both parties as the vendor got price he wanted but we were able to take our time doing all the due diligence required in making such a big decision.
