Melissah and the team at Park Properties were excellent to deal with from the first phone call to the sale of our apartment. We were selling the property remotely and Rebecca Voncina assisted us with all renovations and staging of the property for sale. Nothing was an issue and they just got stuff done. We achieved a good price for the apartment and within the guidance that Mel gave us when we were considering selling the apartment. We would recommend Park Properties to any potential sellers in the inner west of Sydney.

Melissah knows the market, the area and the community. She understands the needs of her vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants. Amazing ability to iron out the bumps from both the buyer and seller to get the deal done - most importantly hassle free! Recommend selling or buying with Melissah (and also as a Property Manager).

I recently sold my apartment in Erskinville. Once I decided to part with my apartment, I approached Melissah McCaffery from Park Properties. The team at Park Properties had managed my apartment from several years when it was tenanted. During that time, they never let me down. Actually, over an eight-year period I believe I was only without tenants for a month in total. Once I made a very difficult decision to sell, it made sense to approach Melissah as she and her team had always seemed to be able to look after my interests. I was in no hurry but decided that if there was an opportunity to sell off market I would be open to negotiations. From there I left it with Melissah. She was able to read the market precisely. With her professionalism, friendly manner and can-do attitude, I feel that she achieved an amazing result for both parties. Every step of the way she assisted with clear advice and timely communication. The process from exchange to settlement was very swift. Melissah really helped with the whole package. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Melissah McCaffery and Park properties, whether it be in Property management or Sales. It was refreshing to Deal with an agent who was true to her word and results driven.

It was a real fight to the end to win the sale of our property and Melissah communicated with us every step of the way. I felt that she was transparent throughout the process and was happy to answer any of our questions. Once we sold- we also chose them as the agency to manage our property and in this current climate she secured great tenants in a short amount of time- getting the price and the length of lease that we wanted.
