This agent was supposed to be "the best" but he certainly did not deliver and I was so discouraged that we were going to take it off the market. A friend then told me about Brenton, who sold her house, and everything was uphill from there. Originally this purchaser wanted a 2 bedroom with 2 car spaces which was not available. After a re-tweaking of the floor plans Brenton managed to get them a second car space and secured the sale. If not for Brenton remarketing to these purchasers they would have bought elsewhere.
