There just aren't enough words to say how highly we value and appreciate what Brenton, Jason and the team from Parkes have been able to do for us. From start to finish, we have felt totally comfortable about the advice and service being delivered. It has also been wonderful to deal with a highly skilled team of honest, straight-talking, "dead-decent" people. Our journey started with Brenton arriving on time to give an honest and well-considered appraisal of the property. He was able to give a realistic figure for what the property would be likely to fetch and he gave us sound advice on what needed to be done to prepare the property for sale. He was also happy to put us in touch with people who could help us to get everything ready. He provided an itemised list of all the recommended advertising and other costs associated with the sale and was very happy to discuss variations to the advertising schedule as well as options for commission fees. At all times, everything was completely transparent and was clearly explained. Once the property was on the market, Brenton provided us with detailed verbal feedback after each Open For Inspection and provided a comprehensive weekly written report. We had no concerns about security of the property during Open For Inspection. Brenton and Jason even provided shoe covers for people going through on wet days! 14 days after the start of the campaign, Brenton rang me to tell me that he had found people who wanted to purchase the property. He was then able to negotiate a price that made the buyers and the sellers very happy! Many thanks again to Brenton, Jason and the team from Parkes.
