We felt looked after, in a time of investors trumping local’s offers & a crazy market. We were listened to, supported & we were rewarded by trusting in Jacqui. Highly recommend going through Jacqui with buying or selling. The process was quick & easy which took away a large stress factor of buying.

Jacqui advised me on how long it would take to sell the property and how much I would sell it for, she was exactly correct. I live 200ks away from the property and Jacqui arranged furniture removal and cleaning, the whole process was seamless. Jacqui and her team are all kind and helpful and could easily be held as an example that other agents should strive to achieve.

Thanks Jacqui and team. It was wonderful to be able to go home and have you look after the property for us during the sale process and keeping us informed of what was happening. Thanks for getting us the full asking price too :).

We bought our first investment property through Jacqui Powell. I would say from our first meeting it felt more like meeting with a friend than a property agent. Jaqui took the time to understand why we were buying and gave us excellent insight into the market in Tamworth. She got us a great deal and made sure we were educated on the benefits of the purchase. We owned the property for 4 years and had confidence the property was being managed by someone we trusted and knew had our best interests at heart. When it came time for us to sell we did not hesitate to seek advice from Jacqui and she got us a great deal. Jacqui took care of everything for us and hung in there until we got the price we were asking. I would recommend anyone looking to invest in Tamworth market to seek advice from Jacqui Powell and trust she genuinely has interest in helping you to achieve your investment or settlement goals.
