Fantastic Agent
I recently purchased an investment property from Simon. I have made several purchases over the last 15 years and dealt with many agents however I have never come across one who is so passionate about his profession. Simon is an absolute gentleman and is very good at his job. He made the whole process for both myself and the vendor a breeze. He will be the one I call if I am selling any of my investment properties in years to come. Well done Simon and best wishes for the future.

where do we start.... right from the beginning, simon was open, honest, friendly and very professional. every query we had, was answered simply and factually - no question was passed off as silly or unimportant. he did all the research for us and advised on the best options for selling. all we had to do was listen and trust that he would do his best for us........ simon did not disappoint - he even put the bins out when we were unable to..... IF we were to ever sell again - simon would be our only choice, right down to the firm and genuine handshake (it's the little things) i could go on, but then you'd never contact him to sell/buy your home......

selling my house with Simon
Simon was great. I contacted him at the end of the year to say I wanted to sell my house in the new year. By the second week in January we put the house up for sale and within a few weeks it was sold. I let him know what I wanted and that was it. Simon got everything done and I was very happy. I have no obligation to Simon or any need to promote him but he was the best man for the job and he made everything very easy.

Seamless process, just as it should be!
I purchased my property at auction after just one inspection. Simon provided all of the relevant information up-front and he even held an additional open because I was unable to attend the scheduled inspections. After the auction, Simon and his team went above and beyond by securing a tenant prior to settlement. Not only was the purchasing process seamless, I now have peace of mind that my property is being managed by a team of reliable professionals.
