I recently purchased a property in Port Macquarie through Patterson Real Estate. I found the whole experience and process very well managed by Jason Partridge. He was extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through the purchasing process in NSW, in handling the negotiation process between myself and the seller, and in assisting in other aspects of the purchase such as building reports, conveyancing, and liaison with the Strata Management body. Jason went out of his way to assist with the many queries / requests I had relating to the purchase, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough to anyone thinking of selling or purchasing a property in Port Macquarie. I was so impressed with the professional service I received from Jason and the rest of the team at Patterson Real Estate, that I have selected them as the property management agent for the rental of my new property.

Whilst Jason was obviously acting in the interests of his client, the seller, he was most attentive to our requests including private property inspections & negotiating with the seller to move in under licence prior to settlement. Working with Jason made the sale of my investment property completely stress free. He took care of absolutely everything and I still can't believe how easy the process was.
