Jason was very knowledgeable in the Port Macquarie real estate business and area when purchasing our property. He was very thorough in his follow ups, without being pushy. Jason was excellent in communicating to us throughout the whole process and made our purchase very easy. I would recommend Jason and Patterson Realty in Port Macquarie for all your Real Estate needs

I recently purchased a property in Port Macquarie through Patterson Real Estate. I found the whole experience and process very well managed by Jason Partridge. He was extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through the purchasing process in NSW, in handling the negotiation process between myself and the seller, and in assisting in other aspects of the purchase such as building reports, conveyancing, and liaison with the Strata Management body. Jason went out of his way to assist with the many queries / requests I had relating to the purchase, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough to anyone thinking of selling or purchasing a property in Port Macquarie. I was so impressed with the professional service I received from Jason and the rest of the team at Patterson Real Estate, that I have selected them as the property management agent for the rental of my new property.

In the 3 years of enjoying a partnership with Patterson Real Estate , from initial purchase, to Managing Agents then finally to the Sale of our Investment TownHouse , we found the Rex, Nicky and Jason to operate their business of high credibility, professionalism and positive interactions. Thank you Team for assisting the final sale and I'm sure you will continue to succeed in 2018.

Whilst Jason was obviously acting in the interests of his client, the seller, he was most attentive to our requests including private property inspections & negotiating with the seller to move in under licence prior to settlement. He always communicating in a timely, efficient and professional manner & I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We were delighted with the successful marketing undertaken by Jason Partridge of Patterson's Real Estate, Port Macquarie and resulting in the sale of our residence. The preparation and attention to detail applied to all aspects of the copy, photo shoot and video filming was exemplary. All of our requests and concerns were observed and the level of communication during the whole campaign was excellent. So too Jason's negotiation skills. We were happy with the favourable rate of commission offered - an all inclusive, no extras contract. Jason is complemented admirably by Nicky and Janelle who together form a very efficient proactive team. This was the second property successfully marketed by Patterson's Real Estate on our behalf and we have no hesitation in recommending Patterson's for your Real Estate dealings. Julie and Mark

Working with Jason made the sale of my investment property completely stress free. He took care of absolutely everything and I still can't believe how easy the process was. The advertising was beautiful and beyond my expectations. He also built a great rapport with my tenants which was important to me. Right from that very first phone call I knew my property was in good hands and Jason kept me up to date every step of the way. I can highly recommend him and I honestly wouldn't use anyone else, he's amazing!
