From the outset when I contacted Nathan about the property I was interested in, to the Negotiations and up to the Exchange of contracts, He is/was available and very helpful at all times. Made a time available for viewing ahead of the publicly listed viewing date and gave a great, private & comprehensive viewing of the property I was interested in. He has a great manner and demonstrates his knowledge and personal care to not just the buyer, but all others involved in the purchase process. A great communicator and a good person to know. A true local area expert who goes over and above to get the best possible value for her vendors. The icing on the cake for me was when she personally shopped locally to find two matching floor tiles to put the finishing touch on the property to avoid buyers having any doubt about making their decision to purchase - even more impressive was that she did this in her own personal time and didn't charge me for them! Highly recommended if you want an agent who communicates openly, always answers her phone and treats your property like her own when selling it.
